Delivery & Shipping Policy
At Englisi Farsi, we want you to know exactly when to expect your order. Here's everything you need to know about how and when we ship.
Order Processing & Dispatch Time
All physical books are produced using an on-demand printing system. Your order is dispatched from the printing facility closest to your delivery address, which:
- Reduces international shipping time compared to shipping every order from Australia
- Reduces our carbon footprint
Dispatch time: Orders are printed and dispatched within 10–15 business days of purchase.

Please allow the full estimated window before contacting us about a delayed order — because books are produced locally to your region, exact carrier and customs timing can vary by country.
Shipping Cost
- Free international shipping is included on eligible bundles and collections (noted on each product page).
- Free shipping is not included for orders shipping to New Zealand or the UAE — standard shipping rates apply at checkout for these destinations.
- Need it faster? Express delivery is available on request — email us at englisifarsi@gmail.com before placing your order and we'll confirm express options and costs for your location.
Digital Products
Digital downloads (worksheets, flash cards, printable cards, and digital bundles) are delivered instantly by email after purchase. If you don't see your download link, please check your spam/junk folder and add englisifarsi@gmail.com to your safe senders list before ordering.
Pre-Order Items
Some items — including our new Persian Decodable Readers series — are available for pre-order ahead of their release. The expected ship date is clearly stated on each pre-order product page (e.g. "ships December 2026"). Pre-order items are dispatched as a single shipment once production is complete; they do not ship gradually as individual books become available.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges (where applicable) are not included (VAT and other custom or import taxes) in the item price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for anticipated charges before ordering internationally. Most of our EU orders are despatched from the UK. Canada is shipped from printing houses in the US. Australia has a printing house in Melbourne Australia.
