Sízdar Bedar Iranian Nature day
Its a very special time of year for Persians all over the world.
Sízdah Bedar is a Persian festival held every year on the 13th day of the Persian New Year (Farvardin: first month of the Persian calender), during which people spend time outside having picnics. Also known as Persian Nature day in USA and Canada (Rúza tabí'at). It marks the last day of norúz in the Persian New Year.
It is also a day of returning our Sabzeh back to nature by placing it in a flowing body of water.
