Some Persian [Farsi] lesson plans
& top tips from Englisi Farsi's Chief enthusiast,
Mona Kiani 🦚
Review the Vehicles Book as pre reading
(trying to remember or recall some of your Childs favourite vehicles).
In all of these activities you should aim to read and repeat the words that you learnt
with your child in everyday settings. The more often they hear the word the greater the chance of retention and recollection.

1. Take a Walk around your neighbourhood

Spot the
car 🚘 , tractor 🚜 , bus 🚌  ambulance, 🚑
What sound does it make, what is the purpose of each vehicle, who drives them?
What is their profession?

2. Visit a construction site 🏗 🔨

Visit a local construction site and watch the machines at work.
Listen to the noises they make,
find out what each machine does,
How tall is it? What color is it? How big are the wheels?

3. Imaginative play 💭

Set up a 'wet' area where you can place plastic tray with water, rocks, sticks or twigs and sand.
